This is a 3/8 inch diameter calibration sphere with an M6 thread that works well for point probe sphere fit calibration. Typically the calibration operation involves taking multiple points while moving in a spiral from the top of the ball towards the equator and then the orientation of the probe is changed multiple times.
This product includes a magnetic base with a M6 mounting point.
